Our Mission
The Victoria Spartans Football Association exists to strengthen our community by providing youth with a safe, positive, and empowering football environment. Through teamwork, discipline, and leadership, we help young athletes build confidence, on and off the field.
Who We Are
Our Board of Directors is a team of dedicated volunteers who guide the long-term direction of Spartans Football. We oversee programming, safety, operations, budgeting, coach support, and community connection, ensuring every athlete has the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.
What We Do
The board manages registration, scheduling, equipment, fundraising, financial stewardship, communication, and association governance. We work together to keep Spartans Football strong, inclusive, and aligned with our mission of building confident, resilient young athletes.

Role: Provides leadership, oversees association operations, supports long-term planning, and ensures program integrity.
Role: Assists the President, leads fundraising initiatives, builds partnerships, and supports major program initiatives.
Role: Supports all Spartans coaches, oversees coaching standards, ensures safe technique and player development, and manages coach education.
Role: Oversees all financial matters, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensures transparency and accountability for the association’s funds.
