Print and complete the registration form, and sign the informed consent.
If you are a new player to Spartans, attach a copy of proof of age (birth certificate, passport, citizenship card)
Attach the required fees. Please make cheques payable to Spartans Football

Register in person and meet some of the people and coaches of Spartan Football
March 9, 2010 6:30 - 8:00 pm Commonwealth Pool lobby
March 23, 2010 6:30 - 8:00 pm Juan de Fuca Pool lobby

Come register in person. Anyone registered and paid in full by April 30th will receive a Spartans t-shirt.
