EXTRA PRACTICE:
To prepare for our first home game, Coach Paul is adding a no-gear practice on Sunday night September 5 between 6 and 7:30 PM. Shorts and cleats. This would be to play-polish @ Wishart school.

2010 Medical Information Forms
Medical information forms went out at last weeks practice.
This is a MANDATORY form that is kept with the team manager at all times. If you did not receive one please mention this to you coach or team manager
It’s going to be a great and memorable 2010 football Season!
With the Victoria spring league now behind us, we welcome all 14 and 15 year old players around town not attending Mt. Doug or Belmont high schools (or even if you are!) to come on out and represent Victoria in community football.
With some new members on the coaching staff and some key returning players from last year, we hope to have a really fun and competitive Fall season in the VMFL.

Pre-season full gear practices during July and August will take place every Tuesday and Thursday night at Wishart school from 6 to 8 PM. Our first pre-season tournament is set with the Nanaimo Invitational taking place on August 15, 2010.
